Silver Maple Pet Center offers dog boarding, cat boarding, dog daycare, and dog grooming services. Our goal has always been to have all of your pet's needs met under one roof.

We are located at 2014 N Ballas Rd in Des Peres, MO. You can find us here in St. Louis West County on two beautiful acres of land! We serve clients from all over the St. Louis area, including: Des Peres, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Manchester, Brentwood, Creve Coeur, Ballwin, and Town and Country.  

Silver Maple Pet Center combines over 90 years of experience with a genuine passion for animal care that you can feel the moment you walk through our doors. Our two-acre, park-like facility in Des Peres offers a calm, comfortable environment for both dogs and cats. Our staff truly loves animals, and it shows in the personalized attention every pet receives. We are open weekdays from 8am to 6pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays and on major holidays. Our dog daycare service is available Mondays through Thursdays, however there are occasional closures due to capacity. To stay up to date on daycare closures, follow us on facebook.

Drop-off is 8am to 9:30am, and pick-up is 4pm to 6pm every business day for boarding and daycare clients. For grooming services, you can drop your dog or cat off at their scheduled appointment time.

We require proof of current vaccinations, including: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and the H3N2 Canine Influenza vaccine. Learn more about our vaccination requirements.

We care for both dogs and cats at Silver Maple including kittens, puppies, and senior pets. We do not provide services catered toward exotic pets.

With extensive education, proven experience, and a passion for pets, our team members are experts in pet care. Leadership have been in the business since 1988 and also operate other pet care facilities across the St. Louis and St. Charles areas. Silver Maple Pet Center has been in business since 1935, and we carry that legacy on with each new hire.

Your pet's health and safety is our highest priority. Our staff conducts regular wellness checks throughout the day and is trained to recognize signs of illness or distress. If a concern arises, we will contact you immediately. In the event of a medical emergency, we will seek veterinary care on your pet's behalf and keep you informed every step of the way.

Yes! For dog boarding and cat boarding, we offer a 10% discount for reservations over 30 days. For dog daycare, we offer one day completely free for new clients. We also offer a "Pampered Pet Discount" for grooming services.

We offer a Master's Club Membership. With this membership, you won't be charged for administration of oral medications and you'll save money year-round on boarding prices.

Of course! Unfortunately, we do not offer webcam access or text updates. However, you're always welcome to call us at any time for an update on how your pet is eating, playing, and settling in. Our staff is happy to put your mind at ease.
