Frequently Asked Questions
Each price includes supervised play, rest periods, and basic care. An indoor space is provided for when there is inclement weather. Meals are not typical, but if you bring a lunch for your dog, we will provide it for no additional fee.
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, cash, and check. Day care services do not require appointments so there is no cancellation policy. Daycare bundles are refundable if your needs change.
We are open Monday-Thursday from 8AM – 6PM. Dogs are in play from 10AM-12PM and 2PM-4PM. When not in play, your dog will enjoy a private enclosure with water and space to rest. Dogs who only attend one play session will only be charged for a half a day.
To get started, give us a call to set up your pet in our system. Before your first visit, we will need updated vaccination records. Once your dog is entered into our system, simply bring them in whenever you’d like. If it is their first day, we will take it slow and evaluate your dog to make sure daycare is a good fit for them and report back to you how they did.
