Yes, we do! Not only can we accommodate long-term boarding stays, we offer a 10% discount for reservations over 30 days. 

We require proof of current vaccinations, including: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and the H3N2 Canine Influenza vaccine. Learn more about our vaccination requirements. 

Reservations can be made by calling us at (314) 965-1630. We recommend booking as early as possible (particularly around major holidays and peak travel seasons) as our boarding suites fill quickly.

For routine stays, booking 1–2 weeks in advance is generally sufficient. For holiday weekends, spring break, and summer travel periods, we strongly recommend reserving your dog's spot as early as possible. Silver Maple is a well-established facility in the St. Louis area and demand during peak periods is high.

Your pet's health and safety is our highest priority. Our staff conducts regular wellness checks throughout the day and is trained to recognize signs of illness or distress. If a concern arises, we will contact you immediately. In the event of a medical emergency, we will seek veterinary care on your pet's behalf and keep you informed every step of the way.

Of course! Unfortunately, we do not offer webcam access or text updates. However, you're always welcome to call us at any time for an update on how your pet is eating, playing, and settling in. Our staff is happy to put your mind at ease.

Traditional accommodations provide a private indoor room with an adjoining outdoor run. The Villas are Silver Maple's premium option, offering more spacious living quarters, elevated furnishings, in-suite TV/VCR, and three individual walks per day. If your dog thrives on routine, extra space, and a calmer environment, the Villas are worth considering.

Yes. Traditional boarding accommodations include a private outdoor run adjoining each indoor room, with most runs measuring up to 50 feet in length. Dogs in our Villa accommodations receive three individual walks per day. Additional outdoor playtime and group play options are also available as additional services.

Silver Maple offers several activity add-ons to enrich your dog's stay. Individual playtimes pair your dog one-on-one with a pet hotel attendant for games and interaction tailored to your dog's preferences. Buddy playtimes place your dog in a small group with other compatible dogs and a staff member. Doggie Daycare with boarding provides 2–4 hours of structured group play per day. Special holiday dinners and treats are also available for dogs staying during seasonal celebrations.

Yes, medication administration is available for boarding dogs. Members of our Master's Club receive free oral medication administration as part of their membership benefits. For non-members, please inform our team of any medications at the time of booking so we can ensure proper handling and scheduling throughout your dog's stay.

Drop-off is 8am to 9:30am, and pick-up is 4pm to 6pm every business day for dog boarding clients. If these timeframes are untenable for you, please speak with a staff member to see if we can accommodate you and your pup.

We recommend bringing your dog's own food pre-portioned for each meal, any medications with clear administration instructions, and a familiar comfort item such as a favorite toy or blanket to ease the transition.
