Founded in 1935, our Pet Boarding, Grooming, and Daycare Facility serves pets throughout St. Louis, Des Peres, and surrounding areas. We are conveniently located in St. Louis West County with two beautiful acres that provide a park-like atmosphere. Our staff members at Silver Maple Pet Center (formerly Silver Maple Farm) are truly passionate about caring for pets and making them feel as happy and comfortable as possible.

Wonder resource for the pet community and busy adults. Our pups stay here when we frequently travel. We also use them for doggie daycare for single days. Very nice staff, always has been!

We have tried groomer after groomer with many bad experiences! Silver maples is amazing. So kind and friendly and they do a fantastic job! Will not be going anywhere else.

We love Silver Maple Farm, but so does our dog Sam, which is what is really important. He has spa days, day care days and even "camp" while Mom has to travel for work. He's so excited on Silver Maple Farm days that he takes his breakfast "to go" and pulls on his seat belt in the car so he can lay his head on Mom's shoulder as she drives to say thank you! Silver Maple has taken the time to know Sam. They aren't rushed when he gets tired of his nails being done so they take a break, or if he's there for several days in row boarding and needs a "break" from the other friends that's what he gets. They find him play mates based on his play personality. I can't say enough wonderful things about Silver Maple and what a difference it has made for Sam. Mom has met some other lovely parents, who are equally entralled with the level of care and professionalism.

I love Silver Maple Pet Center! My family has used them for grooming and boarding for over 15 years and when I got my own dog, I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. They know all the dogs by name. My dog Kaylee has a tendency to get anxious at doggie daycare, the vet, and other “strange” situations where she might be separated from me or around new dogs, but I never worry about leaving her at Silver Maple. I’ve attached a couple of pictures from Kaylee’s last stay in their boarding facility. Instead of putting all the dogs in the yard together, they put together small play groups of dogs with similar size and temperament. I can tell from the pictures that Kaylee is happy and relaxed. In their standard boarding kennels, each dog has their own fenced dog run, so they can come and go outside as they please. You can also get a “Villa” on the second floor where the dogs have their own couches and TVs, which would be great for older dogs or anxious dogs.

The grooming is always great too! She leaves happy and smelling like puppy shampoo with a jaunty new bandana.

Silver Maple might be slightly more expensive than other options, but their prices are reasonable and for me it’s 100% worth it for the peace of mind that comes from knowing my dog is being well cared for.
